Bart Bazaz is a London-based Cinematographer specialising in narrative and commercial work. With a background in Fine Art and Animation, he brings a distinctive visual sensibility to storytelling and world-building. He thrives on exploring new approaches to his creative process and gravitates toward projects that challenge convention and play with genre. A graduate of the UK's National Film and Television School, Bart’s recent credits include The Nobody, which screened at both BFI London Film Festival and the Edinburgh Short Film Festival, and Jester, which was long-listed for a Student BAFTA and premiered at the Palm Springs Film Festival. His debut feature Misper, directed by Harry Sherriff, had its world premiere at the Edinburgh International Film Festival 2025, received Best UK Feature Film at Manchester Film Festival 2026, and will have its US premiere at the Maryland Film Festival 2026, screening as the closing-night film. He has recently completed work on The Quiet Hour, an episode of Play for Today directed by Margo Roe for Channel 5 with Vertigo Films, which will broadcast later this year.
